Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is to be made in advance at the time of purchase of the product(s) through our secure shopping cart.
To facilitate cutomers, Deal n Pick allows cutomers to use various forms of payment options. Customers may pay with Knet; Creditcards (Master Card and Visa Card only) and PayPal.
Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the returned product(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per your discretion.
We will usually credit the refund back to the form of payment that you used to pay for the products within approximately 7-14 days from the date that we receive the returned products. However, please note that you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Also, please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you choose to replace the returned product(s), we will process your replacement within 3-7 days once we receive the returned products, subject to availabiity of the product(s). We will waive any applicable shipping and handling charges for replacement products. If there is any difference between the price of the products that you have returned and the price of the replacement products that you have requested, we will either credit or process payment from the payment card used to make your original purchase.
